Our client's challenge was to extract images from hundreds of PDF files into separate files and compile the texts next to the images into an easily searchable format.
Our solution
The first trial was conducted by a Rebooted expert using a ChatGPT solution – and after just a couple of hours, it was clear that new AI tools save tremendous amounts of time in tasks like these. The first version demonstrated the possibilities, but processing the massive material (hundreds of files and thousands of images) still required a customized solution.
Results
The tool we developed together was completed in nine working days. As a result, the client received all the desired data in a structured format and was able to build improved search functionalities and data presentation for their service.
