About Rebooted Solutions

Rebooted Solutions Oy is a Finnish AI consultancy and development partner based in Joensuu, North Karelia. We help SaaS, manufacturing, and services companies adopt AI in measurable ways — no slideware, just working solutions.

We're headquartered in Joensuu, North Karelia, and serve clients across Finland and the EU — mostly remotely, on-site when it matters.

We combine experienced technology leadership with hands-on, day-to-day AI expertise. In practice, that means our clients get both strategic direction and concrete AI implementation from the same team — not a strategy deck from one firm and a dev team from another.

Our services span AI audits, AI advisory, full-stack and mobile AI development, automation, and fractional CTO / CAIO engagements.

How the company started

The idea of starting a company had been in the back of Matti's mind for years. The real trigger came in August 2023, when Matti was on a stroller walk at Repokallio with his six-month-old and reflected on what he had actually done in his career. He realized he had spent years rebooting outdated products into scalable SaaS platforms — and that most SMEs either lack quality technology leadership altogether, or have to rely on a lead developer who has no business perspective.

That insight became the name Rebooted Solutions. The logo embodies continuous reinvention: a phoenix rising from old code to form the DevOps infinity loop. The colors — green, blue, yellow, and red — stand for the company's values: sustainability, technology and quality, people and collaboration, and passion for innovation.

Rebooted Solutions Oy was founded in January 2024. The first developers were hired in August 2024 to keep building Osuria, the company's longest-running client SaaS platform. When writing the business plan, Matti had already penciled his best friend's name into the sales-lead slot: Henri. Henri joined as co-owner and COO in January 2025, taking ownership of sales and customer relationships.

CEO & Founder

Matti Ilvonen is an experienced technology leader and software engineering professional with over 10 years in software development, product management, and technology strategy. He has held CTO roles at companies including Solenovo and Process Genius, where he rebuilt legacy systems into modern, scalable SaaS platforms.

As CEO and founder of Rebooted Solutions, Matti leads the company's technology and serves as fractional / interim CTO for several clients, including Osuria, Laura Rekrytointi Oy, and Fiidback. He helps organizations build durable software architectures, develop product-led practices, and take digital solutions from idea to production.

Matti's strength is connecting deep technical expertise with business needs in a pragmatic way. He is known for clear thinking, the ability to lead development teams, and a drive to build solutions that stand the test of time and deliver real value to clients.

Henri Parkkonen

COO & Partner

Henri Parkkonen is an experienced B2B sales and customer relationship professional with over 10 years in the IT and consulting industry. He has worked at AMD Silo AI, Knowit, and Cybercom, and has led client relationships in the public sector and with international industrial companies.

As COO and business partner at Rebooted Solutions, Henri focuses on executive advisory, business development, and putting AI to work in practical solutions. His strength is connecting technology and business in a way that delivers measurable value to clients.

He is also co-founder of Fiidback SaaS together with Matti, and leads the company's sales as CRO.
