How much does the AI Training Workshop cost?
The standard price is €1,900 + VAT for a half-day workshop for one team. That covers preparation tailored to your tools and workflows, the live session, and a written summary of key takeaways. Multi-team pricing is available on request.
How long is the workshop?
Half a day of live session (about 4 hours), plus our preparation time to tailor the content to your team. Most companies run it as a single half-day so everyone can attend without disrupting a full working day.
How many people can attend?
The workshop is designed for a single team of up to about 15 participants. Beyond that, the hands-on practice portion loses focus — contact Rebooted Solutions and we'll scope a multi-session plan for larger groups.
What do participants walk away with?
Every participant leaves with concrete AI workflows they can use in their own job the same day, clear guidelines on what's safe to share with AI tools, and a written summary of the session to return to. It's practical output, not a feel-good slide deck.
Is this right for my team?
Yes if your team has tried AI tools casually but isn't getting consistent productivity gains, or if you're paying for AI subscriptions that nobody fully uses. The workshop is tailored to office, operations and executive teams — not technical engineering teams, which is our separate AI Coding Workshop.
On-site or remote?
Both work. On-site is more engaging and we're based in Joensuu, so travel within Finland is easy to arrange. Remote via Teams or Google Meet is fully supported and works well for distributed teams.
Can we have it in Finnish?
Absolutely. Rebooted Solutions delivers the workshop in Finnish or English depending on your team's preference. Finnish is often the better choice for mixed seniority rooms where some participants aren't comfortable with English AI terminology yet.
