Customer's challenge:

Kitee Evangelical Folk High School needed a digital platform to share content with different stakeholders. Eeva Nygren was looking for a knowledgeable IT partner for the implementation and chose Rebooted Solutions.

Our solution:

The project was launched with a workshop where goals and background were reviewed. Rebooted's experts immediately embraced the idea and brought in new implementation solutions that moved the project forward efficiently and with high quality. The platform was completed well ahead of schedule from the perspective of the ongoing project in the background, which enabled content production to start earlier than planned. Content was also easier to plan and implement when there was already a functioning concrete platform ready.

Results:

The project achieved its goals and resulted in a functional, clear, and easily updatable platform. The collaboration was characterized by agility, expertise, and the ability to adapt to the client's schedule – even when a little extra time was needed at the end of the project.

Project background and objectives. Why did you decide to undertake the project and what were your goals?

- The background was an ESF-funded project that required the implementation of a digital platform. Eeva thought it would be good to have a knowledgeable IT partner who could implement such a platform. And we ended up with Rebooted Solutions. "I mapped out some needs from different stakeholders. Matti has been here teaching immigrants the secrets of coding. I asked Matti for consultation time and then we looked at the goals together."

Project results. Were the objectives achieved and how useful did you find the service content for your organization's needs?

- The objectives were achieved very well. Now we have a platform ready and can start producing content. "The goal was to have the finished site ready for use by the end of July. The site was actually completed well ahead of schedule! This made it easier since we already had a concrete platform ready when we started writing content. It was easier to create content for a ready platform."

If the service included a Rebooted Workshop: How have the topics discussed in the workshops helped you understand solutions to your organization's challenges?

- At the beginning, we held a longer meeting where we went through backgrounds and objectives. Rebooted's experts immediately grasped the idea. I had made a detailed plan of what should be on the site. They also came up with good ideas for implementation and afterwards I noticed that my own plan was very similar.

How would you evaluate the expertise of Rebooted Solutions' experts/team?

- Extremely good expertise. The work was very flexible. In meetings, the experts always said they would investigate further and later came with solution proposals.

Would you recommend Rebooted Solutions Oy and their experts to other clients?

- Yes, I would definitely recommend them.
